Farrago is proud to have been the driving force behind the design, construction, and fitout of the three-level, Mediterranean-inspired venue. Officially opened on Monday, 30 October, the Bli Bli Hotel is not just a building; it’s a breathtaking destination combining lush, tropical aesthetics with modern dining innovations.
A Design Vision Brought to Life
Each floor of the Bli Bli Hotel has been meticulously crafted to offer unique experiences to its guests. Our team at Farrago was tasked with bringing to life the vision of a space that feels both expansive and intimate, blending elements of the Australian landscape with Mediterranean flair. This vision culminated in features like the rooftop terrace, a tropical garden-style events space, and distinct dining areas that cater to every occasion—from casual drinks to grand celebrations.
The design elements are a testament to the versatility and expertise of our team. High ceilings, terracotta and sage hues, and hand-printed Australian bush wallpaper create a serene yet sophisticated backdrop in the bistro area, which adjoins the rooftop terrace. A striking four-meter pink blossom tree enhances the charm of the private dining area, capable of hosting up to 200 guests.
Functional Elegance
Functionality was key in our design approach. The hotel features a dynamic layout with a kids’ play area adjacent to the bistro, a lively sports bar, and a dedicated gaming lounge and bar. These spaces were not only designed to be aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest experiences.
A Culinary Delight
The Bli Bli Hotel offers an eclectic menu focusing on lighter, vegetable-forward options that cater to the modern Australian lifestyle. A centerpiece live-fire grill in the kitchen adds a sophisticated twist to classic pub fare, elevating the entire dining experience beyond traditional expectations.
