Flo’s Creperie in Mooloolaba is a perfect example of this. We worked closely with the owners to create a French-inspired Coastal aesthetic, incorporating contrasting patterns, brass accents, and their signature painted interiors while ensuring a spacious kitchen and functional dining area.

The fitout blends warm timbers, natural stone, rustic bricks, rattan, brass fixtures and lush greenery to create an inviting, coastal-inspired setting. Every detail was carefully considered to maximise both style and efficiency, ensuring the space flows for both guests and staff.

At Bli Bli Hotel, one of our largest and most awarded projects to date, Farrago was responsible for management of trades across a complex three-level fitout. Our project management team worked closely with builders, plumbers, electricians and other specialists to ensure each phase of the project flowed smoothly, with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
In addition to managing the trades and certification, we also delivered the complete design, construct and fitout package. This included over 100 pieces of custom joinery – from the iconinc curved bar to bespoke shelving, furniture and detailed finishes that brought the ‘Mediterranean meets Aussie Bush’ designs to life. Our in-house design team, manufacturing team and site team all collaborated from day one to ensure every piece fit seamlessly.
